Lower Dolpa trek is the best destination to explore hidden beauties and most remote area of Nepal. The main attractions of this trek are: Sha- Phoksundo lake which is known as deepest lake of Nepal, Pre Buddhist religions ( Bonpo Darma) , Yak and sheep Caravan, rare animals like blue sheep, snowLeopard , numerous mountain views and many historical religious monuments etc.

After your arrival in Kathmandu International airport, Our team will welcome you and take you to Hotel. Your guide will brief you shortly about your trip.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Nepalganj. 50 minutes flight

Day 2: Nepalganj to Dunai (2090m) via Juphal(2440m). 35 minutes flight from Nepalgange to Juphal and trek to Dunai for 3 to 4 hours.

Day 3: Dunai to Tarakot ( 2500m) 5 to 6 hours of walk.

Day 4: Tarakot to Laini( 3135) 6 to 7 hours of walk.

Day 5: Laini to Odar( 3500m) 4 to 5 hours of walk

Day 6: Order to Dho (4040m) 6 to 7 hours of walk.

Day 7: A day free for acclimatization. would be best to explore Tibetan village, old monasteries and Bonpo community. you will be climbing 4400m for 2 to 3 hours for better acclimatization.

Day 8: Dho to Numa Phedi( 4410) 3 to 4 hours

Day 9: Numa Phedi to Baga la phedi( 4465m) via Numa la( 5190m) 7 to 8 hours

Day 10: Baga la phedi to Yak Kharka(3907m) via Baga la ( 5170m) 6 to 7 hours

Day 11: Yak Kharka to Phuksundo lake( Ringmo) 3700m. 3 to 4 hours

Day 12: A day free for phuksundo lake exploration

Day 13: puksundo to chhepka( 2620m) 7 to 8 hours

Day 14: Chekpa to Juphal( 2440m) 5 to 6 hours of walk.

Day 15: Juphal to Kathmandu via Nepalganj. A flight to Nepalganj and another flight to Kathmandu in the same day.

Day 16: One day city tour in Kathmandu around world heritage site.

Day 17: Departure back to your country.
