Nar phu trek is another famous trekking trail of Annapurna region. Wonderful natural and cultural diversities, Magnificent View of whole Annapurna range and many other beautiful peaks: Pisang peak, Choulu west and east, Tilicho peak, etc in the same way passes, glacier lakes, diverse landscapes are the main attraction of this trek.  The suggested itinerary given bellow is for 22 days it includes Tilicho lake and Thorang pass but you can also choose different roots according to your interest, vacation period and physical fitness.

Mainly Buddhist religion, culture, custom and ethnic settlement can found. Nar and Phu is a small town where Gurung Tibetan people live with their traditional agricultural activity. Many lower and higher passes will make you feel adventurous even in moderate trail. Diverse landscape, flora Fauna, mountain views, water falls, rivers, lakes, glacier lakes and different local foods will take you to another world.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Jagat (1300) via Besishahar. 7 to 8 hours of drive.

Day 2: Jagat to Dharapani (1836) 5 to 6 hours of walk, its a gradual up and straight trail, you will enjoy the magnificent view of waterfalls, green hills, different flora fauna and melodious sound of Marshyangdi river.

Day 3: Dharapani to Koto (2600m) 5 to 6 hours of gradual up. through a dense forest of Rhododendron, first glimpse of Mt. Manasalu and Himglung.

Day 4: Koto to Meta ( 3560m) 6 to 7 hours of walk. A bit longer day even though the dense forest of pines, melodious sound of  different mountain birds, also mountain animals could be found.

Day 5: Meta to Kyang ( 3820) 4 to 5 hours. you would be walking through a desert, Nar ( blue sheep) a mountain animal and view Nar Phu valley could be enjoy.

Day 6: Kyang to PhuGaon ( 4080m) 4 to 5 hours of walk. Phu Gaun is a unique village with historical importance and beautifully structured. A Buddhist village, Tasi gompa of this village is one of the oldest Buddhist monuments of this region.

Day 7: PhuGaon to Mahendra pul (3490m) 5 to 6 hours.

Day 8. Mahendra pul to Nar (4110m) 4 to 5 hours Different Buddhist monuments: maani walls, Stupa etc can be visit on the way and you can also see mountain animals: Yak, Nak, Sheep, Mountain goat etc.

Day 9: Nar To Ngawal (3660m) via KangLa pass( 5306m) 8 to 9 hours. This day is an adventurous day of this trek, you have to be ready very early in the morning to head towards Kangla pass. This pass is another best view point, from where the wonderful Annapurna range, different peaks of this region could be enjoy.

Day 10: Ngawal to Managn ( 3540m) 4 to 5 hours.

Day 11: One day for acclimatization. There are many option where you would like to go. options( Ice lake, Gangpurna Lake, Ghusang Gumpa etc.

Day 12: Manang to Siri Kharka(3850m) 5 to 6 hours walk.

Day 13: Siri Kharka to Tilicho base camp(4150m). 3 to 4 hours of walk. A unique trail, crossing by a bit steppe and rocky desert.

Day 14: Tilicho base camp(4150m) to Siri kharka. Climb up to the Tilicho lake(4920m) early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise on mountains and the beautiful lake. In the same day back to Siri Kharka.

Day 15: Siri kharka to Leder(4200m) 5 to 6 hours. gradual climb up through Yak Kharka, small bushes .

Day 16: Leder to Thorang Fedi( 4450m) 4 to 5 hour. it is also possible to climb up to Thorang high camp but for better acclimatize Thorang Fedi is the best option.

Day 17: Thorang Fedi to Muktinath (3800m) Via Thorang pass(5416m) This is the main adventure of this trek, climb up very early in the morning to Thorang Pass for better weather and Better view from the top. A panoramic view of Annapurna range and many other mountains is the main attraction of this pass. after the pass its a steep descend down to Muktinath. Muktinath is a mini town which is very famous as a Pilgrimage site.

Day 18: Muktinath to via Lupra village Jomsom (2720) 5 to 6 hours. A beautiful desert with the views of mountains, Lupra village is famous for a old Bonpo monastery.

Day 19: fly from Jomsom to Pokhara(800m) 25 minutes

Day 20: One day city tour in Pokhara

Day 21: Pokhara to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus. 6 to 7 hours of drive. ( airplane 30 minutes)

Day 22: One day Kathmandu city tour.
